How long does a custom build take?+
From order confirmation, custom builds ship in 5–7 business days. That includes parts consolidation, assembly, cable management, Windows install, and a 24-hour burn-in test.
What's your warranty policy?+
Every VOLTAX-assembled build carries a 2-year assembly warranty covering labour and workmanship. Individual components carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years).
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — insured worldwide. International orders are packed in a foam-lined case with extra impact protection. Duties may apply at your border.
Can I return parts?+
Sealed, unopened parts can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus restocking. Custom-assembled builds are non-refundable but carry the warranty above.
Do you price-match?+
On major components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, memory) we match verified prices from authorized US retailers. Email hello@voltax.example with a link.
